CookPDF may offer free access and paid plans. Current prices, currency, cycles, benefits, and limits are shown in the plan selection interface or at the checkout step. The information at the moment you confirm is the basis for that transaction.

What to check

• The tools and features included.
• The usage or storage limits shown.
• The billing cycle and auto-renewal status.
• The amount, currency, and any taxes or fees if shown in the interface.

Payment via PayPal or Airwallex

The available methods are shown at the checkout step. Sensitive payment data is handled on the PayPal or Airwallex flow; CookPDF does not ask users to send card information via support email.

Cancel renewal

You can cancel following the instructions in your CookPDF account or at the payment provider, depending on the method used. Canceling renewal does not mean a refund for time already used; check the status and effective time shown.

Refund requests

Requests are reviewed based on the information at the time of purchase, usage status, PayPal or Airwallex policies, and mandatory applicable rights. CookPDF does not guarantee that every request will be approved.
